Code of Ethics Training Requirement


New REALTOR members of the association must complete Code of Ethics training when they first join. This course should be completed prior to attending New Member Orientation.

Code of Ethics Training is required as a condition of membership by the National Association of REALTORS.  They have set three-year cycles for completion and the current cycle is from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021. Our records show that you have not completed the requirement for this cycle of the training requirement. You must take a course with at least 2.5 hours of instructional time.  Home Study Correspondence courses do not meet the requirement.

If you have taken a course where the Record Updated box below is not checked or from another provider than the National or California Association, you will need to forward your course completion certificate for the Ethics portion of the course to and we will will update your record.

You can also get your C2EX Endorsement!  As long as your maintain this endorsement you have fulfilled the Code of Ethics Training Requirement.
