The following nominations are currently being sought FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

The following positions are open on the North Bay Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors:

1-year term: President-elect (become President the following year);
1-year term: Treasurer
1-year term: First Vice President.

Directors for the following regions: 
Napa County – 1-year term;
Northern Sonoma County (Windsor, Healdsburg, Cloverdale) – 1-year term
Western Sonoma County (Sebastopol, Russian River, Bodega Bay) – 1-year term
Western Sonoma County (Sebastopol, Russian River, Bodega Bay) – 2-year term;
Southeastern Sonoma County (Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park/Cotati, Petaluma) – 2-year term.

Affiliate Director

The Board of Directors will appoint a Director that is an affiliate member.  This is a 2-year, voting position.

Committees recommend products, services, legislative positions, candidate support and more to the Board of Directors.  Our committees address current and future issues and help shape the direction of the Association.  These are 1-year terms from January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020.

Committees typically meet once a month for about 1-2 hours.  You don’t even have to drive to Santa Rosa to participate.  We offer remote participation for meetings.

Local Government Relations – Sonoma County
Local Government Relations- Napa County
Local Government Relations – Lake/Mendocino County

The LGRC Committees monitor current and potential legislation, forms relationships with elected officials and informs legislators of the effects proposals may have on the real estate industry.  They recommend positions on local real estate legislation to the Board of Directors.

Local Candidate Recommendations

The LCRC makes contributions to local candidates such as mayors, city council members, sheriffs, county supervisors, school and water board members, and other local elected officials.  They recommend endorsements to the Board of Directors.


Sets our educational offerings for the year, reviews potential classes and provides training on technology that can assist members in their business. 

Member Services

The Committee reviews and recommends to the Board of Directors products and services, promotes member benefits and helps find what tools are available to help members be successful.
