Marketing Meeting Information
To attend the meetings you must be a NorBAR member, BAREIS member or a real estate professional that has membership in an organization which has a reciprocal agreement with BAREIS and pay the marketing meeting fee as established by the Council.
The business creation segment of the weekly meeting is an opportunity for members to promote their listings. It is limited to properties listed on BAREIS MLS or have exemptions on file with BAREIS. Announcements should be brief and contain essential information.
Twice a year a slide show is available in addition to regular business creation discussions. 3 or 4 bullet points and a maximum of 3 property photos are submitted via email to slide show coordinator (see detailed instructions on weekly agenda).
Time is given at each meeting for Affiliate Tips which are limited to something new (rather than repeating the same message each week) or some information pertinent to a home on caravan. Affiliate members are also permitted to place marketing material on tables in entryway.
